We have installed 3D Coal Bunker Level Measurement System at India’s biggest Governments Thermal power plant of Maharashtra State Electricity Generation Board at Chandrapur super thermal power plant. There we have installed 26 3d level sensors to unit no 5,6 and 7 of 500 MW. We installed the software at plant control room of respective units Ie 5, 6 ,7and coal handling plant control room to display bunker levels.

  Minimum ,maximum and average level

  Detects rat hole inside bunker

  Generate historical report showing distance,volume,temp inside bunker

  Gives the right information and helps to maintaining the coal level

  Through LAN connectivity respective authorise person can observe the system easily

  It helps to reduce the communication period and fast decision making
